HOW DO YOU KEEP TRACK OF EVERYTHING BEING A REMOTE TEAM?

Simply put: constant communication and streamlined workflow — we are always connected and on top of what needs to get done. We tackle this from a two-sided approach: carefully selected personnel and cutting-edge technology. From the personnel side, our Project Managers and Account Managers are champions of organization and ensure that nothing slips through the cracks. From the technology side, we implement cross-platform programs such as Slack, Dropbox, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, and our custom project management software. WHO WILL BE MY DAY-TO-DAY CONTACT?

Once we have a kickoff conversation, we will assign you an account manager to be your main point of contact — just like at any other agency. This keeps the lines of communication clear and open. You will be able to reach out to your assigned Account Manager for any requests or needs you might have. Think of them like an extension of your team. Get in touch.
